# Can I flash webOS OSE to my LG Smart TV?

Hello! I searched for this information in this forum and also on Google but I can't seem to find a clear answer. I would like to avoid someone replying with the generic "This is a forum for webOS Open Source Edition, not webOS" message, please. This is a question for this forum.

Can I flash a webOS OSE image with my developed native apps on my LG Smart TV, basically replacing the webOS installed there? Maybe not easily, or directly, but do you know a way to do that?

Unfortunately, replacing TV's OS with webOS OSE is impossible.

it can't be possible because the web OS isn't made for TV
