I am looking to create an application with Arduino for the air conditioning control of LG Dual Inverte Voice S4-Q12JA31C that has communication via the web, but I have not found any way to work the communication via router to control the functions. Is there any way? Thank you!

I don't know whether they provide any web open APIs for LG Air conditioner or not. LG Dual Inverter Voice S4-Q12JA31C seems that it doesn't have a webOS platform.
I think asking the customer service in your region would be better. As far as I know, there's no developer site for air conditioners. Maybe the ThinQ site (https://www.lg.com/us/discover/thinq) has APIs to connect other devices.
