WebOS OSE unfortunately doesn't support VirtualBox, you need to use prebuilt QEmu mentioned in the documentation or build your own QEmu with virgl enabled, see [Pre-built images available](http://forum.webosose.org/t/pre-built-images-available/392/2?u=jama) how to do that with ubuntu and similar Linux distro.
