Bug in the application on older webOS versions (1.4)

I am writing to ask for your help with a problem we encountered with our application on older versions of webOS, notably version 1.4. Until recently, our application worked perfectly on all versions of webOS. However, over the past two days, a bug has appeared on the older webOS 1.4 versions.

The problem is this: once the application is launched, everything seems to work normally. However, once the authentication is complete, the screen turns black, and the menu does not appear. This bug only affects older versions of webOS, while newer versions do not appear to be impacted.

I think you're using webOS TV, not webOS OSE. This forum is only for webOS Open Source Edition.

If your app has bugs on older webOS 1.4, check for compatibility issues, debug the code, and test on an emulator. If possible, update your app to support newer versions while fixing problems with the old one.
