Documentation for system customization

Hi everyone,

I read a lot about WebOS OSE in the documentation here and find it quite interesting. I have a question regarding adaptions to the system itself. Is there any documentation for system builders on how to adapt the system like UI, turn on or off different features, general system apperance, adding specific system funtions?

This would be quite helpful. For now most of the documentation I found was more regarding general WebOS OSE understanding and documentation for app developers.
