None of the applications and settings button are displayed on my LG webOS TV

Hi there,
The remote control of my LG webOS TV is not working. I've installed a remote app - for which just the volume option is working.
In addition, none of the TV applications such as Netflix, YouTube. etc. are displayed. The settings button is not displayed either.
Can anyone help on that please?
