In raspberry 4b, play 1080p video is not smooth in app, sometime frozen, how to improve the playback performance, thanks.

Due to the limitation of HW decoder, It could be possible that the smoothness is not good with 1080p and 60fps videos. There are no issues with 1080p with 30fps videos.
