Ares-install not working in webOSOSE 2.7

I tested ares-install command, but it worked well. My test environment is as follows:

• Windows 10
• CLI 1.13.0 for Windows
• webOS OSE 2.7.0 (using the pre-built image from Pre-built images available)

Could you give me descriptions about your test environment?
