Support for Raspberry Pi 3 B+

It's still not officially supported by LGE, but here is support for 3B+:

If you have 3 B+ you can cherry-pick top 4 commits from: to get 4.19 kernel which supports 3 B+ fine. Only downside will be SW media pipeline in webruntime like raspberrypi4/raspberrypi4-64/raspberrypi3-64 are already using.

Pre-built images available
