Do you have anything in particular in mind? For our LuneOS project we're now migrating components from Open webOS to webOS OSE.
Technically it shouldn't be too hard to add additional devices to webOS OSE as well.
There is a Qemux86 image as well. So it all depends on what kind of device/architecture you're looking at.
