Sorry. There is no plan for supporting 3B+ officially.
Im currently running on 3B+. Everything is running well execept Wirelles and ethernet . It whold be awesome to have B+ support. I bought B+ mainly because the more CPU power and noone supports it...
If you have 3 B+ you can cherry-pick top 4 commits from:
to get 4.19 kernel which supports 3 B+ fine. Only downside will be SW media pipeline in webruntime like raspberrypi4/raspberrypi4-64/raspberrypi3-64 are already using.

Another thing the specs don't completely tell is that the Raspberry Pi 3B+ didn't suddenly become obsolete. It will still be supported for a while, and any project that works well with it will continue to work well.. .
Broken boards. My pi3B keeps rebooting for about 2-3 minutes and my pi2B's HDMI socket does not work. After a year, neither of them worked anymore. Can they be recycled (I believe they are PRC boards)
